Topps Tiles Leyton

I received exceptional customer service because of your representative Curtis in the Leyton branch. He went above and beyond to search for the product and because it wasn't available in his store and he knew I urgently needed it the same day and was willing to collect, he organised for me to collect from a different store. He arranged for a payment link to be sent to my email so I could make payment immediately.

I don't recall receiving such excellent customer service -- except from Volvo -- in a long while. I would hugely recommend Topps Tiles in particular Curtis from the Leyton branch to any friends and family.

With such a wide range of modern tiles of various materials and formats why would you need to look further for your tiling needs? On top of the above the store has such a relaxed atmosphere that you can take your time and make the right choice for your domestic or commercial projects, indoor & outdoor. Icing on Topp(!) of the cake is the friendly and helpful staff. A must visit for all your tiling needs! Highly recommended 👌

I’ve been in this store quite a few times over two different projects. Staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledge. Don’t think you could ask for much more in all the times I’ve been in.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Curtis(sp?). I had run out of tiles during a build and he managed to track down the amount I needed with the specific batch number. Incredibly helpful and reassuring. Do what you can to keep him on your team! Give the man a bonus. :)

John the store manager was fantastic! He was super helpful and made the order process really smooth. He was quick to reply, and was very accommodating and informative.

We managed to do our order via email and paid using the online system, which was all really easy and efficient.

We will 100% be back to do all our future projects.
