My local go to shop for Aga items and paint. Beautiful range of paint colours, not cheap but they do good discounts during sale. After failing to find matching stone tiles for my bathroom elsewhere, as a last resort decided to check out FE, I left with an unexpected order of mosaic stone tiles on a 20% discount and limestone grout as well! Thanks to Louisa who not only explained to me the nature of stone tiles and differences between them but also tried different options for my stone tile slab which I brought to her. The complimentary mosaic tiles as my feature wall in my shower compliments the different colours in my existing bathroom tiles and solves the problem of having to worry about the large colour variation in natural stone slabs which may leave me with an entirely different coloured wall. Happy customer.

This is a great store because the staff are so helpful especially Katie. Not only will they give you great advice on the what and the how, but they also share warm treats that they take straight out of the oven. Will be using next to design our bathroom.

Amazing customer service from Della and Louise, they couldn't have been more helpful. Even postin my paint out from stock so i didnt have to wait, Thoroughly recommend.
Della is a fully trained interior designer and is therefore very helpful when it comes to style and advice.

Great service from the young ladies during this latest "lockdown" couldn't name them, but yup, paint was on the counter ready to pick up.
PS, the French lady has a lovely "telephone voice".
