Busy but great service from Chris and Stu, short staffed on a weekend is never fun but thanks to these lads got 4 tyres fitted on new wheels with great care taken. thanks guys

Had tires fitted to my wife's Fiesta, friendly professional staff who went above and beyond my normal expectations, would highly recommend. I used to use F1 Autocentres (because I was their maintenance guy) but not any more!

Very good, nice place to sit had two kids under 3 and was perfect to let them roam and watch the guys work on the car. Place was dirty though and my kids found a corner with black dust so had to change my son's trousers. But that didn't affect our experience.

5 star service for me.
ATS Dartford managed to do what my Audi dealer couldn't, replace my tyres quickly and efficiently under the Audi tyre insurance.
Quick efficient service and no damage to the wheels, I have had this lots in the past with low profiles and big rims.
Thank you to the polite chap with the beard who was running the office and the workshop on the Saturday I attended, sorry I didn't grab his name.
To those commenting on the difficulty getting hold of ATS this is true but its often because they are in the workshop and not the office, keep trying, its worth the effort.

Clean bright workshop. Water dispenser had no cups and looked very dirty. No hot drinks machine.
Ample parking space. Disabled access toilet inside the shop. Large viewing area from the shop seating waiting area. Good prices but skeleton staff on Saturday

Ordared 2 tyres online to be fitted at this garage in Dartford on a sat morning,arrived early only to be told after half hr and car was on ramp my tyres havnt arrived.
Bla bla attitude have to take it up with manager on a Monday morning,saying its not his fault no apology,no phone call email to tell me not to bother turning up.
Now in process of getting my money back Monday morning.
No communication obviously between manager and staff.
Attitude problems.

Turned up as scheduled, tyre wasn’t there. First time customer, last time customer.

Booked my car in last minute for an MOT. Dropped it off early that day as I had to go out. Staff were helpful, workshop is clean, bright, and on view to customers from the large reception. Nice touch was all staff were well presented, nice clean uniforms etc. Received a courtesy call when the car was ready. Collected car with ease. Checks seemed to have been very thorough. I received a detailed health check later that evening via email. ATS beat their local competitors' hands down. Will definitely be going back and recommending this garage following this visit.
