Mostly Friendly staff . Knowledgeable and prices fair . Very busy and limited parking space so phone before had if possible. Toilet accessible to all . Dog friendly so don't have to leave in car.

Honestly, couldn't of asked for a better service - 5 stars doesn't do it justice. Had an issue with my car and needed to get back to London. Sam and his team sorted me right out, whereas, no one else could. Restored my faith in humanity, nice to know there's good people still out there. Big shout out to Sam!

Booked slot for new tyre, seen immediately on arrival, friendly service, speedy job, competitively priced, car left clean after, receipt by email. Will use again. Shame there's no hot drinks machine

They fitted me in to fix my puncture on the Sunday so I would have my car for work the next day. Friendly and efficient.

I was impressed with the Stroud branch a few years ago when I had a tyre issue with a previous car so I drove from Bristol to the Stroud branch this time rather than using a local kwik fit. I was glad the chap at the desk explained about my damaged brakes after doing the wheel alignment, as I got them urgently fixed. Very professional and patient. I would recommend this branch.

Excellent service. To be able to see the alignments and their adjustments on a screen in the waiting room was both fascinating and informative. Far better than just staring into space.
