One of my favourite places in the world. The venue is acoustically very good and it attracts the very best of musicians. During the day Snape is a good location for the start of a walk along the river, or even a pleasant boat trip. Everything is at a slow Suffolk pace including the exit from the car park following a performance.

We stopped here on our way to Norfolk. It’s easy to park and lovely place to walk around at see the lovely countryside. Nice shopping area where we bought some nice wine glasses. Little outdoor stage where a lady called Maya Youssef a amazing singer from Syria was performing. We didn’t want to leave as we were having such a nice time.

Not a great selection this time around. Good for a visit with many things "under one roof" if there's poor weather. The surrounding area is atmospheric and beautiful.

Staff didn't acknowledge presence, I got a "there you go" with a crown when purchasing a couple of things, then staff complained to someone they were feeling tired after too big a lunch. I get it, been there, just isn't nice when people don't even say hello back to you when you greet them.
In such a lovely area, it would be good to see different brands or more investment in local makers given the purchasing power of the place. I say this as when visiting previously the selection of products was better.
Cafe was appalling. Forgot our order, were rude. Seemed stressed. Over an hour later we got something, should have just left. Food was acceptable but not good, and pricey. This area of the world isn't cheap anyway, but it was unexpected given the calibre of food available elsewhere in the district for similar pricing.

Really couldn’t make up my mind about this place. Wasn’t sure what shops to expect but found them a bit repetitive. Gifts, smelly stuff, good items.

I think there were 3 cafes. 1 shut due to private function, 1 closed which left the takeaway cafe only.

Very nice place to visit with arts and craft shops, very good if searching for an unusual gift .
The hand made glass shop very nice with small to large items for sale. Good choice of places to eat in or out . Picnic benches there so you can enjoy the bird life flying too and from the estuary nearby.... posting a few photos soon ...

This complex is really impressive. We spent a lot of time looking at the Power of Stories exhibit, which I thoroughly recommend. The photographs of the balck community in Suffolk and the instruments from across Africa were very interesting. The concert hall looked very impressive, can't wait to go back and see a performance there.
The craft shops were also lovely to walk around. The river walk looked lovely but it was a bit rainy to enjoy, so the indoor things to explore were great.

Lovely shopping venue with a variety of outlets including good quality home/garden items, crafts, jewelry, pottery and various Galleries, boutiques and food outlets. Excellent walking routes nearby with the main interest being the Maltings Concert Hall . You could easily spend several hours at the venue. Good parking facilities. Staff helpful and on the whole good value for money.

Lovely couple of hours out. Opportunity to do river boat trips except winter. A lovely home and food shop together with art galleries, an antique and craft shop and cafe. There is also a pub on site serving good food and drinks
Concert and music events and shows take place at Snape throughout the year
