great, 10/10 service would reccomend. competative pricing also! only £300 +£40 a day storage to get my car out. very enjoyable experiance, have very good memories of this place. cant wait to come back!

They're cheats. No other borough work they way they do.

They take your car almost immediately. It's a quick cash injection for them and it's shameful that it's happening in one of the most deprived boroughs.

When you have NSL day to day running the house then you have invited trouble......Thank you incompetent seniors in Tower Hamlets for awarding this contracts to these jokers!

@TowerHamlets also teach them to answer the phone before you roll out any kind of training to them and that is a BIG IF.

Be careful if your car gets taken here!! My friend finished work to discover that his car had been towed away and he had to pay £265! The Pcn was not even his registration number but he was so worried about getting home to collect his children from school that he didn't realise until later in the evening when he looked at everything properly. Appeal has been place but no reply as of yet, no matter what it doesn't change the stress and pressure he was put under for no reason and clearly they should not be allowed to operate! They are basically lying to steal peoples money

Obviously can't rate this place 5* just because of what it is and because they rust removed my car without no notice on suspended bay.

Lived in Tower hamlets my whole life but this place is the biggest joke.

Staff clearly have no clue I'm surprised they are in jobs.

If your unlucky enough to go you'll need a lot of patience for the Very SLOW staff.

Lieing Council who are greedy awaiting for towing people cars without any notice that's call stealing twice they have towed my car from places that has no notice to say car will be towed that's illegal this guys needs to be taught a lesson hungry for easy cash 265 each time miserable place be aware don't give this lieing thief's any opportunity to tow your car
