Dr ADAM.. HE CALLED HIM SELF FROM VH RECOVERY ON BEHALF OF THE AA HE INTRODUCED HIM SELF.. AND SHAID HE HAS THE REPORT FROM AA AND IF I WISH I CAN GO INSIDE AND VIEW FROM INSIDE AS IT STARTED TO RAIN HE CARRIED OUT HIS INSPECTION IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.. AND STARTED MY VEHICLE WERE IT REFUSED TO START PRIOR.. I WAS GOBSMACKED.. WELL DONE VH TEAM

Darren came out to recover my car to a garage, he was very polite and knew what he was doing. My car was in a awkward position to get out but this didn’t stop him, whereas other drivers would of said no straight away. Great company, very quick. Thank you Darren

This company are brilliant they turned up exactly at the time the said they would. Outstanding in this day and age. The mechanic who was called Tom was so good!! Tom was so helpful. If I ever breakdown in London again, not that I want to, this is the first company I would ring. Well done lads

Overall a good, quick service which can get you out of a stressful situation. Do expect to pay a premium for this service though, as its a 24 hour repair /recovery service. Use only when necessary is my advice.

They are not profesionals. Be careful and be Next to the car all time. They are rude + very bad costumer service.

Helped me out when the AA turned out to be worse than useless! Specifically Asif, Pedro, and another of their drivers (apologies can't remember his name) who all went out of their way to get me and my car back home when the AA would essentially have left me stranded, if I wasn't going to agree one of their companies extortionate fees....

They were appalling . They lied about phoning, checking and gave up on a retrieval job without letting anyone know. There was no way of knowing this as the customer . Don't ever use this service.
