The team from Bud Rescue were absolutely outstanding right from the outset. Kieron who helped understand the rather unique requirement of recovering a TVR from an underground car park without starting it or even opening the doors!
Brad and Keith where the the guys on the ground who extracted the car with surgical precision, taking incredible care of the car at every single small step. Their passion and commitment to excellence was something beyond my expectations (and my expectations were already quite high).
Both Brad and Keith worked tirelessly to extract this very very low TVR from the parking slot, over speed bumps (without allowing the car to touch/ground - which was very very difficult), they navigated tight corners, undulating surfaces and safely brought the car up the ramps all without even opening the doors! (Only TVR owners could really understand the importance of the doors).
They brought the car to the surface and safely loaded it on to a flatbed to take to the workshop. I am very very grateful to them and say with confidence that without them, it would not have been possible, or the car would have at least sustained quite a lot of damage in the process.
I would recommend this company to anybody who has a car/van/truck or motorcycle problem.
John
The experienced use of the skate to take the place of the busted wheel made it a much simpler task for him to winch it onto the truck.
Given the circumstances (having just been involved in a crash), he made what could have been an awful experience a little easier. 10/10
Thoughtful, personable and professional.
He gave a very good image of the business and I was pretty impressed. Professionally I've dealt with thousands of recoveries over 20 years and this was the first time I needed one personally. Top work Tony. Thanks for being such a good bloke
