I discovered a broken front suspension spring on my car (fortunately while at home). Phoned Emma for a quote to transport to a local garage for repair and she phoned back within a few minutes with a quote. I booked the recovery for the next day at 10am and Emma advised that they would phone me when on the way - which she did and they were on time. Paul carefully maneuvered my car into the road and onto his recovery truck (not a lot of ground clearance with broken front suspension !). All done within 15 minutes.
I was very pleased to have chosen Swiss Cottage Guildford and highly recommend them if you're looking for a courteous, efficient, family run recovery service.

I broke down Friday morning due to a clutch issue. I didn't have any break down cover, contacted RAC who wanted my first born child and more. Called around until I found Swiss Cottage. Absolutely professional, Emma was very polite and knowledgeable she arranged the collection of my car and I was kept updated throughout. I had to change the location of the garage for drop off three times with Emma as they were all very busy. She accommodated my request without complaint. The charge was very reasonable and the two agents that came out to take my car were fast efficient and very professional. Overall an excellent experience under a stressful situation.
