Phoned Wednesday, car collected from Mansfield on Thursday, which involved a 380 mile round trip.Chris the driver kept the Dealer informed of arrival time and he phoned me to say the car was loaded and on it's way. Kept informed on progress and arrived on time.
Excellent secure covered trailer and care taken with the use of polythene seat cover and steering wheel cover and paper mats. Luke provided a fair price. Used Billy's to deliver my car up to dealership in Crosby Liverpool on trailer, collect my new car and drop it back to South London. Faultless service. Very long trip as did it on same day and held up on way back due to traffic, but they still got the car back to me before 10pm. Excellent reliable, trustworthy and cost effective and they are really nice guys too! Highly recommend them.

I called after my husband went through a large puddle and the car died. Billy was extremely helpful my car had been recovered and towed home within 30 minutes! Fantastic service and will definitely use again

Excellent customer service, professional and personable. Proactively assessed my problem, reacted quickly and maintained me informed by a tracker system of where he was when coming to pickup my vehicle, and where he was when delivering my vehicle to the service engineers. Took great care in loading my vehicle on transporter, especially considering it was a “dead weight”. Overall a very professional service with great consideration for the customer.

Luke was fantastic and a great help throughout everything with getting my recently imported car from the port to its storage facility. Their prices are fair, their user friendliness is second to none and the care and attention my car received was as if it was their own.
