Smyths is my go to for toys, great store with a wide selection of toys at great value. What I live about this store in particular is their isle of Funko pops. When I walk into the store, this is the first place I check. Could spend hours in this store and never get bored.

I have bought many items from this store and have helped grow my love of funko pops.

Any birthday occasions I can drive to the store and pick a gift at great prices!

I usually attend the store with my kids and let them pick a few things that makes them happy.

Their website is great as you can check stock at your nearest store. Reserving items is great and the team here are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Free parking outside of the store is a huge bonus!

Worse experience ever! At first it was fun, me and my uncle showed me all the nice toys, then when we were waiting to leave at closing time, one of my uncles were buying a car seat so we waited for him because they had the keys to the car. The man at the door told us all to leave the store in a rude way, my mum said not in the cold, we'll wait. My dad said, Sufi try not to cry we will always be nearby.

By far the worse experience, racist staff members!! Pressured us to leave the store on the cold when we told them we're waiting for one of our brothers to finish their shopping as they have the keys and you staff member took ages to serve! I'm not standing outside in the cold with my son!! The guy was rude, the lady with the blue hair and glasses was extremely rude. Disgusting customer service. How is Smyth Store HQ allowing staff like this to be working in an established company. Diane was good, she was lovely and helpful bless her but the rest of them...shame on you.

I visited this store today and I can say honestly that the customer service from Phil (manager), Diana, Savannah, Seab was amazing. They are extremely welcoming, their help was beyond fantastic and I will visit the store again. Thank you so much guys

Very big store a lot of toys to choose from for all age groups you can shop online and collect from the store on the same day unless the product isn't available but you can also choose to collect or free delivery

Diane at Beckton store is absolutely fabulous - so helpful kind courteous and full of heart! An asset to the team - smyths are lucky to have her. I cannot thank her enough for all her help on a cold Saturday morning in December, helping me choose and fix a car seat for baby! Look forward to seeing Diane and her fantastic team again. When I got home after shopping at Smyths Toys, Beckton, on Christmas Eve, I checked my receipt, only to find that, the very first item on the receipt was for a, Leap Frog Magic Adventure, game. A game that I never put into my basket, never put onto the counter and, never wanted nor, got. A game for which I was charged £79.99. I have rung the shop several times to see if anything could be done but, no one answers and it just rings off. So, needless to say I will not be shopping at Smyths Toys ever again. Check your receipt's at the counter. £80 is a lot of money to lose.
