Could not be more pleased with my experience at Vantage Toyota.
Ash was amazing with helping me choose a new car and the service from beginning to end was second to none.
The day I picked up my new car was so special and so much effort was made to make it a special experience.
Unfortunately the day after I picked my new car up it was scratched, I phoned straight away and Ash and Alaisdair did all they could to get it sorted out for me.
I will 100% continue to use Vantage Toyota at Blackburn and would recommend them to anyone

After initial problems the sales manager agreed that they had a very busy week when I purchased the car. He as assessed my treatment and will take the necessary actions to correct procedures for the future. There was a fault with the vehicle that should have been repaired before hand over. He recalled my vehicle and had the repair completed.
At this visit I received the level of service that I would expect.
I am satisfied that Vantage Toyota Blackburn has given me a very good after sales service correcting previous faults and am confident that corrective action will be undertaken that will help customers in the future.
