Just wanted to mention how great Mukesh was during our whole experience when exchanging our car. I was particularly impressed by his efficiency and smooth handling throughout the whole process. He catered to our requirements in a professional, friendly, patient and communicative manner. Please be careful before you purchase a car from Jemca Croydon . The sales team will make you feel they are offering you the best deal and will cancel the sale and contract without any notice or communication and any apology. There is really no honesty and make the customer pay the price for their incompetence . We have been a long standing customer and completely shocked at how they botched up the sales and didn’t take any responsibility for their mistake . The sales consultants and managers don’t seem to have professional attitude .
They don’t value the customer and do make quite discriminatory remarks to hide their internal errors and mistakes .
It’s been more than 12 days since they cancelled on a sales contract they finalised and approved and show no sense of responsibility or urgency and we are still waiting for a response !!!

I'm so grateful to Jemca Toyota Croydon service department. My windcreen washer pump wasn't working and I had to stop driving to clean my windscreen as it kept getting completely covered in dirt. The service department was due to close for Christmas that afternoon and the next appointment was after the bank holiday weekend. I had to ask for an urgent booking as I am a carer who needed transport over the Christmas holiday period to look after my father. They were kind enough understand the urgency and allowed me to take my car in straight away for them to sort out the issue. Fortunately it was a straightforward job which they resolved whilst I waited. Can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road safely at such a busy time of year. Thanks so much Jemca Croydon.
