Vantage Toyota Preston

I would highly recommend Vantage Toyota Preston. I wasn't made to feel pressured into any decisions at all, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. James who dealt with the sale of the car I wanted did everything he could to make it a fantastic experience. As for the adorable spare key box, well, that's just the icing on the cake! Absolutely delighted.

All I required was some rubber mats for my vehicle but despite this minor requirement, I was bowled over by the service I received from Toyota Preston. Right from my call asking if they had them in stock, through to collecting them from the showroom, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was really impressed as the service was head and shoulders above other dealerships I have visited including BMW and Mercedes! I will be singing their praises from now on.

Ian Mossop was a super salesman. He understood my requirements and came up with a great part exchange deal. He even added a few ‘extras’ with the new one. Cannot thank him enough for the kind way he treated my wife and myself. I have no hesitation in returning to Toyota Preston for another car so long as Ian does the deal !

I've recently bought a vehicle from Vantage Toyota in Preston. They're currently in the midst of a substantial showroom refurb but please don't let that put you off. My experience was absolutely superb. Ian Mossop was a pleasure to deal with and I feel very lucky that it was Ian who was the first person to approach me on my initial visit. Ian genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. Equally as important though Ian loves the Toyota brand and it was clear that he's proud to work for Vantage. All in all the easiest 5 star rating ever !!
