We had arranged an appointment with a salesman called Ben last Saturday at 11.00am, he eventually saw us at 11.35am. The car we were supposed to see was not their and was told it was sold that morning, we decided to see another car (new Yaris cross) we both like it and wanted to buy on PCP. We are still waiting for the email and the quote, even after I followed up on Tuesday with a call to give Ben the benefit of the doubt. GREAT SELLING BEN! you really make your company Marshall and Toyota looks highly PROFESSIONAL!!

Excellent customer service from the minute I walked through the door with friendly smiles and cups of tea. Jordan went the extra mile to help with a few intermittent issues. Very impressed with his attitude and keeping me informed at all times. An assett to the dealership.

My personal experience at the parts counter was excellent. To be honest I wasn't holding out much hope of a great experience, because I had called several times, knowone from parts available to come to the phone, left my number, knowone called me back. But I was pleasantly surprised, a very good customer experience from the young gentleman who served me. Very helpful and able to source out of stock parts for following day. Phone experience NO. In person experience BRILLIANT.

I visited only as part of my research to buy a new car. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was readily available, including conveniently located spaces for the disabled. There was no heavy selling, which is always such a turn off and I'll be happy to return for a test drive when the time is right.
