Absolutely fantastic service from Marshall Toyota. Found a used car online and spoke to James, he advised the car had a deposit taken and he had to honour the 48hour window for all customers. I left my number and was told if the customer cancelled or did not come to dealership they would give me a call. Andy called after 48 hours to advise the car was now available, sent over a bunch of photos and videos and I decided to take the chance on a vehicle I had not seen in person. Collected the car and it was exactly as described, great service from start to finish. 👍👍

We had a great car buying experience here. Low pressure, friendly staff. Mike was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we sorted through our options, and he went out of his way to have the car ready a day earlier than planned when our other car had to be taken in for repairs. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car in the area.

Very good experience when visiting Marshall Toyota. The salesman Dan Male was really helpful and listened to our needs for a new car. We knew what we wanted from a car but were not familiar with the product range, Dan, a very personable gentleman, not pushy at all, considered our wish list and helped us find the right solution. Visited Toyota this week with a view to looking at the possibility of buying a new car. My husband and I found the whole experience excellent. We were looked after by Abi (Abigail). She was friendly yet professional. She was approachable, knowledgeable and put us at ease when test driving. She did not pressurise us but we were happy to place an order and now look forward to getting our new car.

Avoid avoid they sold me auris 2018 never told me it was a taxi car before as I didn't do hpi check myself trusted on dealership and I asked them before buying they said it is not it was in service history it clearly said it is a uber taxi car moreover it was overpriced and I didn't let view the car due to covid restrictions back in februry and car was delivered in horrible condition scratched and chipped everywhere on body rear was painted by unprofessional as it looked like rattle can painted same on front bumper reverse camera also was painted blue I was unhappy called them to reject the car as i really needed car they found me desperate told me money will refunded in 2 months and they don't have anymore cars in stock like this one they offered another car which was not suitable for family but oldet and more priced they said they repaird my car but never 2nd time I reported to finance company but after waste if time 3 months they closed my complaint never buy from them even want to buy check the car hpi physically as well.
