Andy(Andrew) was nothing short of amazing! He was so patient with us, to think he had us in mind, and got us a really nice option/deal. He was very good with his communication, always prompt and available for any questions. Customer service 100%. Whenever we came in, we felt welcomed at the facility, nice touch.

We picked up our new car on Monday and it was a seamless experience. Maria made sure we were completely comfortable and patiently answered all of questions. We never felt rushed even when we started asking unrelated questions about buying a second hand car. I would highly recommend.

The customer service I received from David Flynn was second to none.  He went through everything thoroughly and kept me up to date with things.  Not many salesmen would come in on their day off to do the handover.

The lady on the front desk had remembered me and my mum from a couple of months ago when my mum had had her car serviced which is incredible.

All the staff at Inchcape Guildford are friendly and helpful.  You have a great team.

Excellent service and MOT from the Service Team at Toyota Guildford. They are incredibly polite and down-to-earth, I never feel like I'm pressured into making service or repair decisions about my car when taking to them. They are completely honest about how long something will last or if something does indeed need more immediate attention. Because they seem to not be profit or target driven, it causes repeat business from myself and I highly recommend them to others as the best garage / repair / service / MOT service I've ever received. I will not be switching make of car or garage anytime soon, and some of that is definitely down to how good these guys are!

A super service from start to finish. A really personal touch and very friendly communications. I particularly liked the showroom which was nicely thought out and avoided an openly 'laddish' culture (that I have found at other dealerships). The friendly 'meet and greet' was a breath of fresh air. Despite not being particularly 'techy' I wasn't made to feel silly. Seriously considering trading our other family car for a Toyota in next couple of years. Highly recommended.

So disappointing. At first we were so impressed with the support when ordering a car.
After months (February to October) of no communication and chasing we decided to cancel the order.
It has now been several weeks and we still haven't received our deposit back.
When you call you are told that the relevant person will call you back and they never do. In email responses we are told we will get a call first thing the next day but never do. When we first cancelled we planned to go back in the future, but now will definitely not be.

Truck had a recall with some software and service…. Everything went smoothly and was super easy. Loan car was provided. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The whole experience from buying the truck, to now has been great. This is the second Toyota I have brought from Inchcape… I would not hesitate to recommend them for their service or the vehicles which have both been amazing.
