I brought my Toyota Rav 4 for service.
Had a very good experience with the staff specially Robert from Service department.
Just a suggestion for them that please change the chairs in the waiting area.
They are very well used.
I took some picture.
Rest of it very all good.

My experience at Chelmsford in purchasing a new car has been excellent. Oliver, the sales agent could not have been more helpful. My positive experience was due in no small part to Karen,the showroom host. During several visits to ask questions, nothing was too much trouble for her.
I can honestly say she is a credit to the smooth running of your organisation and I hope that gets appreciated.

Oliver Bright - what a gem. The most patient and non-pushy salesman I have ever met. Really went above and beyond to help me find the exact right fit for what I needed & helped me understand all of the paperwork. Thanks Toyota & Oliver - so happy with my new Corolla!

Had a really positive experience changing our car with Ollie, he’s very patient, professional and friendly - kept us updated on the progress regularly and didn’t mind answering all the questions I had.

Would definitely recommend buying a car with him or Masaud as they’ll make sure that you’re looked after .

Bought a second hand Aygo from Steven Eagell Toyota and had a really good experience. Sales person Zack was really helpful and keen in the right measure. Car was turned around quickly and Zack and the team made an extra effort to make it a surprise for my daughter’s birthday. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car.

Would have been 5 stars but for the interior car valet not being as good as hoped, tbh it seems to be the same at BMW, Mercedes and others these days which is a shame.

If you like to purchase damaged cars and receive the worst customer service possible than this is the place for you!!

Purchased a used 3 year old car 4 days ago and have had nothing put problems since. Advert for the car clearly stated "excellent interior condition" and "excellent body work". When we went to collect the car, we were kept waiting for almost an hour (we did have an appointment) to be given the keys by our salesperson Rae. Once we finally got the key (it was now pitch black) we left the garage and popped a 1min drive away to a supermarket. Upon getting out of the car we noticed horrific damage to the rear quarter and door along with rusting exposed body panels. We drove straight back to be told by a "manager" that it would be sorted and definitely not rust (it is), and he would call the following day to arrange getting it repaired. The following morning on close inspection, we found further damage all the way round the car and the interior. From severe chips on the bonnet to a parcel shelf falling apart. We tried to call a manger several times throughout the day but kept being fobbed off by the staff. The 2nd day and still nobody had contacted us despite dozens of call to the garage, so in the end I went all the way back to the garage. A manager named Austin looked over the car and said he will resolve the bad rusting and damaged rear quarter, but will see what he can do about the other bodywork defects as it is "used". He refused to deal with the interior issues and kept rudely stating "it is used so thats what you get". When we questioned this so called manager about the Advert stating "excellent body work and interior" he laughed it off and stated it was a generic ad and they always put that! He promised to email that evening with all the actions he was going to do, but surprise surprise over 24hrs later and we still haven't received this email! When you call and ask a staff member fobs us off.

But to top it all off the car now seems to have a suspension fault with noises everytime you hit a bump.

This car is going to be returned for a full refund, and I will never use Steven Eagell again.

I recently collected my new Yaris Cross from Stephen Eagell Chelmsford and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Oliver Bright was my go to contact during the process and set out at the start how the process works. Regular updates were received from him on how the order was progressing, collection date was arranged as soon as the car arrived, provided a thorough run through on the controls as I've never driven a hybrid before, and a service plan arranged as well. Minimum fuss, maximum service. Can't ask for more Many thanks Oliver and Stephen Eagell!
