Attendend and was served by a younge blonde women relatively short - I explained we where travelling to London and had no idea of routes and prices she stated traveling around London wasn't down to her and was very abrupt she wasn't very approachable from the second we arrived the older male who works there is a assett to the station she isnt

There is a young blonde woman who works at this station who is incredibly rude and dismissive. She kept interrupting me and is extremely unapproachable. Completely unacceptable service.

Trains leave 1-2mins early and now late for work . Toilets and station office is always closed and padlocked. Amazing where our taxes and money goes. 👌
