Rude staff screaming at passengers to get back when we’re standing way away from the yellow line. She screamed at me so I approached her to not shout at me like I’m a child. She came up to my face as though she was going to hit me and told me to go away and her male colleague was following me telling me to not act like that to her colleague. I am a woman DO NOT attempt to come to my face or follow me this harassment and disgusting behaviour they all need reprimanding. if you want to be shouted at come to this train station

A beautiful and clean Railway station, well-mannered staff. I was pleased to use this station in my transit through the city of Rugby.

Rugby a great Warwickshire town, some good pubs, home of the game of Rugby, a traditional railway town and it's famous school

Very pleasant staff and the station is kept neat and tidy. Frequent services to London & Birmingham. There is an herb garden too made out of a former 4 wheel barrow.

If you have to wait here for a train then expect a large, windswept, soulless place with a cafe so small and tucked away its close to invisible. The staff were friendly enough and the station is tidy. But the vast empty spaces and mundane functionality of the place make it a tedious station at which to wait for a train.
