No shops and no toilets. Platform is not covered. You don't need to walk through gates to enter or exit, which is a plus.

What a miserable station here. It's a shame that the platforms towards Denmark Hill are still out of use and the station here has no seating under the canopy are so all of the seats are exposed to the weather. The station has ticket barriers as well.

The biggest problem is the accessibility. Actually, is the missing of accessibility. People on wheelchair has no lift to access the platform. Has no room to protect of the cold weather. There’s just a small area covered - so when is raining is a problem!

The worst station ever because of the trains schedule. Every morning it is the same story - you can’t get on the overcrowded train and the driver won’t wait for you to get 7 cars down where there is a little space because he has an overly ambitious timetable to follow (trains are almost never on time anyway)

The station is a fairly good local train station, the staff are polite and knows the area of Loughborough well, trains frequently run through the station and is located zone 2 central London.

Only criticism of the station is it isn’t suitable for people with mobility issues or in wheelchair but otherwise part from that it’s a good very decent located train station.

It was closed today despite the Trainline app and several guards at London Bridge telling me it was open. Still it was only a 3.4mile walk back to civilisation i.e London Bridge!!!

Alright station. Needs to be rebuilt. Only one Thameslink route passes here which is quite disappointing.
