Beautiful garden. Easy access from central London using tube to Kew station, then short walk from station to park. Visit well worth the cost of tickets. Skip the queue by prebooking your tickets. Try spring and autumn from far best periods to visit.

Absolutely amazing place! Beautiful enviroment! Amazing plants and Incredible trees! Really nice botanic garden! We saw lots of interesting plants! Park is clean and tidy!!! The coffee shop at the main entrance is really nice! You Can buy good gifts and flowers!!absolutely recommend! Expext the food in the park! Too expensive and not worth it! Fries taste like fish -too oily and old! Sausage is cheap version! And rude Staff !so better if You take sandwich with You! But the park is Great!!!!:)

A must see place in London, especially near Christmas. Huge range of plants all over the world.
Staff very helpful, well organised .
Sometimes difficult to park if you come with your own car, so bare in mind. Taxi rank near the exit /not sure if it’s there during the day/
Souvenir shop available, toilet facilities.
Can find Mulled wine, varieties of hot drinks :)
Hope to like it as much as we do!

Went to see the Chihuly exhibit there and was mesmerized with the whole entire garden. Such beautiful flowers and the integration of his work with the landscape was amazing. The treetop walk was a little scary for me as I am afraid of heights but I still did it and saw a birds eye view of everything. It was a magical experience and I will be back next time I’m in town.

An attractive, well cared for station close to Kew Royal Botanical Gardens.

The station has two platforms and is served by the District line and London Overground. Each platform has its own gates and staff.

Most people arrive on the Richmond bound side, which is on the opposite platform from the RBG. To cross over you must exit on that side, then use the subway on the immediate left (22 steps down then up), or use the footbridge over the tracks on the right.

The Botanical Gardens are a five minute level walk from the station.

Although both platforms are step free, any customers with poor mobility or using a wheelchair arriving on a train going to Richmond, should stay on the train. Go to Richmond and then return on another train to Kew Gardens so you can exit easily.

If you need assistance speak to staff before starting your journey.

Ticket machines, toilets and a newsagents are all available on the Central London bound side, nearest the RBG.

Staff are available both sides and were approachable and helpful.

There's also plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops conveniently available in the streets right outside the station.

Lovely park with many activities for all family members, it was such an amazing day we enjoyed everything in this place, especially the smell of nature all around. I liked the idea of many places for dining and coffee

The train is a very good way to visit the Botanical Gardens. The squares on either sides of the station also exude a Victorian atmosphere.

Beautiful glass houses I gave it 5 stars but the Royal Botanical Gardens in Edinburgh are better as their landscaping is better. So Edinburgh should be awarded an extra star.
