Trains barely stop here and only during the peak hours and the station feels very baron with a single shelter, a new set of public toilets installed outside the station which you have to pay for, no step free access and no ticket machines, just a permit to travel machine which was broken when I visited. It's nice for watching trains but that's about it.

Two stars only because there are not enough trains stopping here! Only two in the morning towards London and only two that stop here in the evening! Not great. The station itself is OK.

Its getting better ngl, there are more services now and the station is fairly alright, there's only oyster pads and a permit to travel machine which is busted. Not many facilities but there are toilets outside which are run by the council.

Funny station. The station should be shut down. When I got there, the next train was due in an hour.

The train departs early and the time is wrong on the board. I have an atomic watch that updates daily and can also go online.

London’s least used open station is now Sudbury & Harrow Road , a station that sees just eight trains per weekday and nothing on weekends and bank holidays, according to the Office of Rail and Road.

In the financial year from 2020 to 2021, just 6,258 passengers used the station.
