One of the most beautiful train stations in Manchester. For those residing in Nantwich this is the closest rail route. It is 9km from the Nantwich town. The station has only 1 platform as it seems which is very tidy and organised. The infra looks line an old castle turned into station. On the platform you would find a cafe, waiting lounge, WHSmith etc. I found toilets were clean. Needless to say in UK - the staff is very cooperative here as well. There is a taxi pick / drop point right outside as you climb up from the platform. Good part is the whole station is covered and so rains are no challenge.

Crewe is a big station and pretty busy but quite easy to follow which platform you need to be on.
I didn't try the lift but there is one if you have to change from one side to another.
It's pretty flat inside but it's a station that often the change point between trains.
Lots of options for coffee, food and magazines etc

The train station is so clean and well organized. It has places where u can have a coffee and yeah, just when I thought I was stuck with cash, I found ATM Machines offering free cash withdrawals. The staff are always friendly and happy to help!

Good clean station. Services well maintained and kept clean. Has retail (v pricey - but what is not) across all platforms which is very convenient. Lots of good relative and informative passenger information. Did not feel overloaded.

Not particularly busy.

Dreadful experience with Tracey who works in the Crewe ticket office. I had to get an earlier train to Crewe because the train I had booked was cancelled. So I face a 2 hour wait for my connecting train to Glasgow. I enquired about an earlier train to Glasgow and Tracey, while laughing told me I would have to pay an additional £80 to get on an earlier train. Don’t see why I should have to pay £80 when my previous train was cancelled but so be it. Tracey laughed in my face and somehow appeared to see my situation as being funny. Even when I challenged her she continued to laugh at my situation. Can’t believe we still have people like Tracey in a Customer Service role

Train is that unreliable it’s a joke if you don’t wanna get your wage then you shouldn’t have become a train driver lol silly strikers ain’t even helping themselves. If you can’t call it extremely selfish then idk what to call it

A large well laid out train station and platforms are well sign posted. The waiting room is good and fairly large, which was good, as we had to wait over an hour and a half, because of a train cancellation. That is why I gave a three star review.
