Take into account that this is my local station, I have strong feelings about how this is not only the first thing I see in the morning, but for many other commuters as well...
From a lack of easily accesible bins comes litter, broken glass and once a dead rat.
Nothing has also been done regarding smoked cigarettes as there are no ashtrays/ cigarette disposal facilities around.
On a positive note, the member of staff who works there does try his best, but it appears that information regarding train delays/ reasons are not well informed to him.
The station desperately needs more attention given from the railway services.

This is my local station. Very good and convenient. There are plenty of trains towards Purley, Croydon and London. Although the ticket office is only open from 06-00-10:30 Monday to Friday, there is no car park and platform 2 is accessed from the other side of the road. The station is in Zone 6 and accepts oyster and contactless cards. There is good step free access to both platforms, but be careful as the one on platform 1 is quite steep. Car parking is also very difficult here. There is also a cycle docking area on platform 1. But I would definitely recommend to use.

Nice train station which is severed by southern trains. Disabled access is available to both platforms using a ramp/slope. No ticket barriers at this station and also no staff here either. Trains are every 30min on Sunday. Very quiet station too.
