TUI Holiday Superstore

Very condescending young lady at the front desk.
Printed off the wrong E Ticket fir me.
She told me I couldn't print off boarding passes...just check in at bag drop.
DEFINATELY couldn't print off return boarding passes.
Eventually checked in online 2 days later and printed boarding passes at the local library.
Outward and RETURN.
She needs to learn her job!!!!

Be careful if your package holiday includes a flight that is not with ‘Tui Airlines’ - they won’t accept responsibility if anything goes wrong, which was unknown to us.

Came here to book a holiday in the staff were very nice however the sting in the tail once I got back from holiday I had a parking ticket from parking on the car park thanks a lot it was hundreds of pounds on the first correspondence which is a debt collection

Booked and paid for Half Board then Crystal Ski (TUI) changed my booking to B&B without telling me

Always had such a great experience when booking with Sarah and her team at Tui Deepdale. Booked through them several times in the past and always felt valued and re-assured. I like that they're always on hand with any questions I may have, so much easier than trying to contact a robot online! Face to face will always be best for me!

Great service and price was cheaper than online even after booking extras. Alyssa was very helpful and made it all very quick and easy. Would recommend going in store rather than just booking online to see what excursions are available etc.
