TUI Holiday Store

Very disappointed with their customer service, complete lack of knowledge of enthusiasm. Came today to book additional excursions, room upgrades and flight upgrades for our honeymoon. Having booked and paid in full months ago. Intended to spend £1000 extra today to upgrade everything, walked out and now considering going somewhere else. Quote of the day when asking for a price " I'd have to click on the upgrade to find you a price" well if it's not to much bother then pls do that!!

Possible racism at the Letchworth branch by young female cashier with shoulder length hair.
Visited them to exchange some US dollars at Bureaux de Change upon which I was made to wait with no explanation for over ten mins. Despite the fact I was the only customer in the shop. After a third “is there a problem” to the cashier she again looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language at which point I asked for my money back and got it changed around the corner with no such problems.
Will never visit or book another holiday from there again!

So nice to be able to talk to someone face to face about my holiday requirements. Very friendly & helpful staff and priced to match the internet - without the worry of it being an unsafe site to book through

Excellent service in a very busy store. Come on TUI you need more staff to manage the stores or you'll loose bookings to a competitor.

Why do they say they are temporarily closed, this shop is shutting down altogether. One of the many TUI are closing.
