I normally book my vacations myself online but with all the travel requirements constantly changing, I thought it would be better to book with someone who I knew would look after me and show me the way. I was surprised to see that they actually got me the best price for my trip but the level of service is something I've never experienced from a travel agent. Ben held my hand through the whole process, with travel documents, making sure I was aware there was an IT issue with British Airways so we left earlier than usual and thank goodness we did as the queues at the airport were horrendous. Many people had their luggage misplaced and I know that if this had of happened to us, Ben would have sorted it out for me right away. When you book with Huben, you don't only get the best deal, you get treated like you're an ultra VIP and every single detail of you and your holiday are looked after.

As our first holiday arranged by Huben Travel we were extremely impressed with the level of service that we received throughout the whole process from booking through to arrival back to our home.
At every turn we were very well supported, from dealing with all matters relating to Covid to assuring that we were happy with our Hotel accommodation ,Car hire & Flights.
At all times we were personally contacted by a Senior Manager to advise of any changes to our itinerary due to Covid or Airline timetables.
All of this highlights the benefits of dealing with a smaller but considerably higher quality Travel Agent.

Using Huben Travel is like going back to how booking a holiday used to be. From the huge experience and advice we received, all the leg work of booking, checking in to flights etc done for us and a travel pack arriving the week before the holiday. What a refreshing change to find a company who actually care about the customer. After asking what we were looking for from a holiday, Ben came back, very quickly, with several suggestions and various pricing options. Before the trip he was in touch with all the procedures we had to follow due to Covid and a comprehensive guide to follow. He thought of everything, ensuring we had fast track through the airport, extra leg room seats, private transfers awaiting our arrival and a beautiful room. He contacted us just after arrival to check we had everything we needed. This is a slick, professional operation from start to finish.
