The absolute worst customer service of any takeaway in the UK nevermind just in Chester. Ordered food they sent the wrong items so I rang them and politely asked the guy to replace My items with the items I ordered. He got aggressive and even threatened to stab me if I came near the shop.

Absolute waste of money. Avoid avoid avoid!

Food was incorrect and thrown together. A plain burger was ordered but they delivered a cheese burger. When phoned they refused to fix the problem or other other solutions, even after informing them that the burger was for someone with a cheese allergy, they then proceed to get extremely aggressive and hung up.

Absolutely disappointed as I fount a hair in my chips not so long after they forgot my bottle of Pepsi we rang up to let them know and got agressive and asked for a new one instead of the lovely delivery women he turned up at my house shouting at us calling us a lier when the evidence was there infront of him and looked through our bin he’s a horrible man never ordering from there again will be reporting him as well disgusting man!!! 😡

Food is a solid 2 stars, standard takeaway food, nothing to complain about. Roast potatoes were ice cold, soggy and absolutely rank, garlic bread delicious crispy and banging, pizza was awful and tasted of a freezer.

I have a massive issue with the delivery. If you choose ‘leave at door’ delivery, surely they should follow through. We’ve ordered three times and they’ve never followed the delivery request. We’ve left delivery notes through the app, done everything, it’s ignored every time. They always knock. We don’t come from a nice family and their ignorance of the delivery instructions has resulted in consequences.

Flames, your food is OK. But can you please ask your drivers to follow the delivery instructions. Sometimes it means more than you think. Won’t order again, but be mindful of why your customers might request you don’t knock.

Used to love flames used to be best kebab shop
Chicken used to be really tender now the meat is often burnt and dry the chips are always hot all of the above is lost when polystyrene box is used and the contents are soggy
Just not as good as before lockdown

Charged me exactly 20 quid for an order which should have been £16.70. Saying no way he would have calling me a liar.

If it was a mistake I wouldn't mind but getting aggressive over the phone with me I do.

Food upto normal quality service could be a bit more friendly

We have being a customer over the years but to night meal was nice but it was just warm we place the order and phone put down on us order turn up with in few minutes it was nice but went cold in a few minutes it going to be very hard to order with them again
