Near zero customer service. Generic responses to emails, copy and paste from their website, saying they don't have record of order, can't verify the order despite being give the order number - totally inept.

Has taken over a month to be told the items are not in stock, with no resolution apart from "just wait". Now need to try and get a refund and order from elsewhere.

I understand there are issues with supply chains right now, BUT COMMUNICATE THAT BETTER!!

Update: Finally delivered the items, 9 months after they were ordered and after ignoring every email we sent! Absolutely rubbisb.

The woman at the front door of the Cheltenham store was quite possibly the rudest 'customer service' person in Cheltenham. Rather than explain politely that their store - empty except for one other person - requires appointments which are now booked until the new school year, she barked out 'NUP!, NUP! No appointments! You won't get in on a weekend now! NUP! NUP!'. A stupid policy when the store was virtually empty, and an enormously frustrating monopoly that must be ended.
Congratulations Monkhouse, I will now do whatever I can to get my school to find an alternative because you do not deserve the business you monopolise.

Ridiculous service. Emailed for an update on current order and was told it would be in stock last week. Now told middle of Sept at earliest. My child will be starting school with no uniform

We received the most amazing service from Monkhouse in Cheltenham. I arrived with my list of goods to buy which was not needed as the staff knew exactly what I needed and offered advise when requested. Their judgement of size was spot on, which meant my son didn't have to try on very much. I received instant feedback via email regarding items I wanted to return. On arrival at the shop with my unopened items there were no issues at all. Thank you for your friendly and efficient service.

Really bad customer service skills.
No point waiting for school uniform will have to buy from other shops.
Still having an appointment syste. When everything else is open and normal. I'm pretty sure we could all just wait to be seen.

No customer service whatsoever! Ordered and paid for 2 items 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to have arrived last week. Phoned them for over 2 hours and they are constantly busy or not answering their phones. Tried calling Head Office to find that I was number 36 in the queue!! Ridiculous. Get your act together!!!!

Useless. Ordered and paid for uniform weeks ago but they don't answer phones and are regularly closed when they should be open so haven't been able to collect despite 4 attempts. Still not managed to collect uniform and school is back in Tuesday. Absolute clowns.
