Awful customer service. I ordered a shirt with my surname and a number on the back. Only received a number. I've called and emailed them a number on times to have a single unprofessional response admitting the mistake. I then asked for a £3 refund and they have gone back to ignoring me again! If this is how they run a company I'm surprised they are still going....

Awful customer service! As the only supplier of Hawthorn High School uniform, we are forced to use them. Unable to order blazer online. In shop, told that they have no stock and they are not placing any further orders until school starts and then they take 12 weeks! They obviously have no idea of inventory control systems and lead times. It should not be difficult. You know the amount of new starters in a school in advance. Why not go to the primary schools advance and distribute order forms? Why aren't we told well in advance of the lead times so parents can factor this in? I'm sure with the prices charged, there is enough profit margin to make this worthwhile?

Shame on Hawthorn High School too with only having one supplier of an item which is a necessity. That's creates a monopoly.

Visited today in search of daffodils that could be attached to clothing. My mother belongs to choir and told at short notice that others maybe wearing daffodils as it's a St David's concert. We managed to get exactly what we wanted and better than we thought was available locally. We also bought some coasters with a dragon on, a key ring and a pen. I remember buying my niece's first rugby jersey there. My mother is already eager for a second visit.

Very disappointed with their service. After receiving a phone call from themselves saying I missed my DPD delivery and had to pay another £6 for redelivery in which I didn’t even know was coming, no notification that it was on its way etc. Then got delivered by someone that was running a nearby market. Once delivered realised there was an item missing. Been emailing them often with no reply at all. This was ordered in October as a Christmas gift and have been let down.

10 days since my order was apparently despatched. Blaming royal mail delays, claimed to have sent royal mail 48 but unable to provide tracking? Abrupt "customer service" will never use again. Reporting to local authorities for failures in the long distance selling regulations if I don't get a response today. Awful.

Really cannot fault the service from this company. So helpful when I contacted them. Claire has the patience of a saint when dealing with a technophobe like me 😂. The oversized Hoodie arrived this morning and it’s fab. Good quality and definitely worth the price. Thank you for your excellent product and customer service 🙏

Unbelievable I paid for ladies rugby shirt tried too track it it's saying error phoned my bank and reported fraud because obviously I didn't think they exsited I paid next day delivery so fingers crossed it will come tomorrow I ordered it Friday but after the 2pm deadline for next day delivery so let's see 😀👍
