The Balham cars London were amazing from start to finish, the sales advisor (Charlie) ran through all the specs and options available to me. The process was made really easy for me with no pressure to buy. They made all the paperwork really easy taking the time to explain everything. purchased a car from this dealer about a month ago, and I was really pleased with the services I got.
Unfortunately, despite the dealer's assurance that they will solve the problem for me, I had to return the vehicle because of a problem. I returned because I am the type of person who avoids using something that has previously caused me trouble because I am afraid the problem might reappear. They accepted my return and assisted me in speeding the finance termination process. Daniel, the owner, was so kind to help me with the matter, and I don't think anybody else would have done it. Because of the excellent service this dealer offered, I want to purchase another vehicle from them. I advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to visit this garage because I am sure they will be honest with you regarding the vehicle's history, which is crucial to consider when making a purchase decision. I am also confident they will make every effort to assist you and will offer the best resolution.

I purchased a Nissan Qashqai on finance (through an independent broker) from Balham Cars. Visually, the car was immaculate inside and out but technically there was a fault relating to the sensors which kept rearing its ugly head.

After Balham Cars many attempts to fix it, the dreaded fault kept coming back and I lost confidence in the vehicle so decided to unwind the finance deal.

Although there was no happy ending for me car wise, I would still recommend this dealers to anyone in their local area because they were understanding and supportive of my decision to unwind the deal.

They reimbursed me for costly travel expenses & the full tank of fuel I purchased from when I originally bought the car.

The sales manager Charlie was very welcoming. He didn’t attempt to pressure sell the extended warranty when I originally purchased the car. He made me aware of it, what the levels were and how much they cost & left it up to me from there on whether I wanted to buy it.

The service manager Vai did absolutely everything he could to sort the issue as quickly as possible to try to get me back on the road, especially as he know I had an autistic child who was reliant on it & even went as far as agreeing to have the car delivered back to my home address once fixed.

The owner Danny was also extremely helpful and fully accepted my reasons for wishing to unwind my deal. He did not try to pressure me to keep the car or pressure me into accepting another car in stock. He listened to what I wanted, accepted it and initiated the unwind of the finance deal with my broker.

The only reason I didn’t consider purchasing another car from them was because I live in Essex so it was just too far away but if I lived back in London I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle with them again.

I can’t recommend Balham Cars enough! I was impressed by a previous MOT/service and rang in a panic after being completely stranded and unable to drive home for Christmas, after being let down by my breakdown recovery service. Things were moved around so they could come to my house, jump start my car and then escort me to the garage to have the battery replaced there and then. This was all within a very short time. The charge for the call out and labour was waived as a really kind gesture, leaving me just to pay for the battery. This was extremely generous and very much appreciated after the day I had! I’ve already booked in my second MOT and have no reservations in highly recommending this garage - just genuinely lovely employees and really competent. Thank you so much again.
