Absolutely incredible service from GTS. We arrived yesterday afternoon and Paul was so kind, patient and helped us explore all our options. Within less than 24 hours we was back to collect my partners car and all the handover was done in no time. Lovely team and would definitely recommend!

Well where can I start, my whole experience with this dealership has been nothing short of outstanding including the aftercare.

Large car dealers could learn a lot from this place, their customer service skills are second to none.

I bought a Honda Civic, beforehand they gave me a great price on the part exchange of my old vehicle, allowed me an extended test drive prior to even purchasing and the car was ready to collect within 5 days, it came with a full tank of diesel included.

Theres been a couple of minor issues with the car which the dealer have rectified immediately at their expense and even came out to me to sort me out temporarily before a permanent fix was completed the following day.

I would not hesitate to recommend GTS Automotive to anybody. You can go to a main dealer where all they care about is taking your money and running, or you can go to GTS where they aren't just salesmen, they genuinely care about every customer and purchase, even after sales, no pushy sales either, a pleasant and smooth experience from start to finish.

I will be returning in the future.

After searching the market for weeks I bought a fabulous B class Mercedes from this garage. I bought a Discovery 4 back in July and could not recommend them enough. Paul was very easy to deal with and all in all a very pleasant transaction - he even picked us up from the train station to collect the car.

Completed the deal on line picked up the car no issues. Gave me a good price on line for my car in px only to be told it was going to be worth more than first thought truly honest garage which is difficult to find these days.
