Purchased a Ford Focus in January 2016 from the Layer Road site, after a few weeks the vehicle developed two faults one with the nsf door lock and a knocking noise from the rear suspension. Phoned them up the vehicle was booked in and all repairs were carried out under warranty with no questions asked.

Totally dominant dealer in this area. Because...they give great service and don't sell any under par vehicles. Always a great selection of vehicles. Cannot fault them or the way they do business.

Great friendly and informative service, unfortunately we were looking for a first car for our son who recently passed his test, but couldn't find anything within budget. Starting price here around 6k and above, but advised to check back regularly as stock changes weekly. 👍

We travelled to 3 hours to buy a car which was ready for us,when we arrived. Plenty of time to inspect and familiarise with the controls. We had a short wait as only 2 people in the sales area at a time. The process was swift and efficient. The Salesman ensured,we were happy with the various functions before we hit the road home.
