I found the car I was looking for at the Dealership. A fantastic experience from start to finish, salesman Jethroe was very helpful honest and efficient. What was really great was their after-sales service for a few issues remedied immediately no questions. Very happy. I would highly recommend Chester, Car Supermarket. 10/10

Just bought a car from here. Sales was smooth and comfortable. No pushy tactics and answered any questions straightforwardly. I identified a few blemishes that I wanted repaired before buying, which they did.
I then got it home and realised there were problems with two more parts of the body work which they booked in and repaired no problems.
So far there are no issues with anything else. The car runs superbly and I'd recommend using this dealership.
It's only been 2 weeks though, I'll update at the end of the warranty period.

Jethro was very helpful on the phone, totally up front, so I made the long journey & I was not disappointed.
I left with the car beyond my expectations, serviced, MoTd, new tyres, (zero)taxed😜, ULEZ exempt & full warranty.

I had a really bad experience here in October with a male staff member. He was extremely rude to my mother - stormed out the office when we asked a question and told us to follow, we said no and sat their a second trying to process the reaction. He insisted my mother get on the floor outside to look under the car even after she had said no, she clearly didn't want to and he insisted. I felt like crying, he told me to do the same and I refused.

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything. You can see from the reply to other reviews these guys are borderline narcissistic. The car had passed its previous MOT but had a lot of 'recommendations', we were assured these would be fixed. We were provided with a pass certificate and were simply asking for confirmation the other issues had now been rectified. You'd expect to be able to ask questions when purchasing a car.. and the salesperson became defensive, argumentative. Advised us we had trust issues, he'd never had any of this from a customer before, asked if it was our first time buying a car.

I'm still shocked to be honest that this man thought his conduct was acceptable, he's clearly very comfortable with behaving like this. Ladies, take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a Mercedes from the dealership. Really relaxed vibe with friendly salesmen. They were very efficient and provided excellent after sale service for any questions I had. I have the car for about 3 weeks and I am really happy. I do highly recommend these gentlemen.

I purchased a Mini Cooper Hatch about a month ago. Really happy with the car, no problems or concerns and it runs really well. Jethroe dealt with me and he was very helpful and great to deal with. There was no pressure to buy when I went to look at the car. Communication was excellent as well.

The prices are good and the service was excellent. Really efficient and thorough staff made me feel welcome and helped in any way they could. Have already recommended them to friends and family.
