Upgrading our car was really quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to us very clearly in a nice relaxed atmosphere. Our salesperson, Rhianna was absolutely lovely and made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. We will definitely use HPL again. The car we got is just what we wanted and we abolutely love it. Well done HPL, in particular the lovely Rhianna. Top notch service.

I can’t thank Sasha at HPL Preston enough. She is amazing at what she does. She took all the stress away. Buying a car from there was a breeze (maybe not for her as she did all the work). She explained everything in ‘simple’ terms as I didn’t have a clue. She went above and beyond and made it a simple and very quick process. I’m so happy with my car and the service. Bought a car from the Preston branch last week. Can’t complain with the service at all. They really looked after us, no pushy sales techniques or anything like that, our salesman Kevin let us browse the cars we wanted to see at our own speed.

We were able to test drive the 2 we wanted to, and we got a very fair price for our old car on part exchange.

Would recommend buying a car from here and would do so again myself in the future.

I went in to view a car, and Brian at the Preston branch was so welcoming. We test drove the car and I fell in love. He did really well at explaining the process and the car. He ensured that when I picked it up the car had been serviced and was safe for me to drive. I have enjoyed purchasing my vehicle at HPL. He also phoned after a couple of weeks to ensure everything was going smoothly with the car and I was enjoying it. I found the entire experience amazing and easy. So thanks Brian 👍
