As the dealership states no pressure to buy and is run as a friendly family business of which I can confirm first hand this statement is certainly 100% correct. The communication throughout (and after) has been excellent. Everyone I encountered have been extremely friendly and helpful. The car was wonderfully presented and FRC went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of before the car was picked up. I would have no hesitation to buy from this company again and would highly recommend them.

I usually hate changing cars, having to faff around selling the old one and then dealing with dodgy wheeler dealers giving you the hard sell.... It really is something of a nightmare for me. But not this time!!

These guys were fantastic. No sales patter, no hard sell, just a really friendly family business doing everything they can to give you great cars at really competitive prices.

They spent ages fielding my questions about the new car and also gave me a great part ex deal on my old car.

I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Well worth the 600mile round trip from Cornwall to get exactly what I wanted.

Excellent dealer. I bought a Mercedes S 600 L class, a real beast of a car. There were a few issues and they picked it up the following day after I took delivery. Jay ensured the repairs and new sensors were fitted along with all the other items that had previously been missed by Mercedes main dealer services, transmission service, new sparks, brakes etc.

So with nearly £2700 spent by FRC on remedies and reassurance I am extremely happy with the car and the service Jay has offered throughout. He is a credit to honest and conscientious car dealers and I would highly recommend FRC. Thank you.

We bought a 2012 BMW X5 40d m sport. It was exactly as described on the phone. The owner of the company was very friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately we did have a problem with a rear light on the tail gate but he was more than happy to rectify the problem for us. I have bought many cars but this was by far the best experience of buying cars I've had. Jay is a man of integrity which unfortunately is not a common quality seen among car dealers. The cars are priced fairly and it is clear that his priority is customer satisfaction; he's not happy until the customer is happy. The car was clean in and out and mechanically sound. I would travel every single time to FRC Company to buy cars in the future because you know you will get quality in both customer service and the car. Jay and his team provide excellent service and sold me a beautifully prepared car that is clean inside and out, the engine is spotless and real care and consideration has been taken over selling it to me in good order with their reliable help, good character and integrity.
