In the 4 months I’ve owned the car I bought, it’s been in a garage 5 times. Leaving me stranded on the motorway twice. I understand there may be issues with second hand cars, but the total lack of urgency to sort things out considering they knew how dependent I was on the car was disappointing.
Regarding the two times you repaired the car “ for free” the car had 3 months warranty , so you only did what you were legally obliged to do. I also received a quote some £300 cheaper to repair the clutch than yours, so decided to go to them.
