Charvil Car Centre

Unfortunately can't give more then 5* but Charles deserves 7* at least. We tried to find a small-nice car for my girlfriend for a reasonable price. After so many disappointing views we walked in to Charvil Car Centre. We felt from the first second that something is different here when we met with Charles. Welcoming, reliable person and lots of extras included in the price what you can't find anywhere else. We bought a Mazda 2 which is in really good condition, low milage, the price reasonable, included a fresh MOT, breakdown cover and some gurantee. However the car worked perfectly, Charles told us to take it back after few weeks when we have time, because he wants to make sure that we have brand new break pads - for no extra charge. Because of the COVID the few weeks became few months but still this has happened as it was promised. I can just recommend to buy a car from him, you will not be left alone after you have paid the car off. I am not looking for a car anywhere else next time, thank you Charles and your team!

I have purchased 2 cars in the last 3 months. I have viewed countless cars and dealt with so many dealerships in the hunt for the perfect car that suits my needs and my budget. I recently Bought this little Fiat 500 for my wife over the weekend and I can honestly say it has been the best experience I have had when dealing with car dealers, Charles from Chavills is an absolute pleasure to deal with he was considerate about my needs and wants and my pocket. He also promised me over the phone that he would keep the car for me and that promise was kept. I got to the dealership and there was a lady looking at the car , Charles had just told her that the car has been promised to me and if I don’t take it she would have next option. Overall a great experience and great service… 5 star service allround

Cannot fault my experience buying my first car with these guys. Naturally I was very nervous but after spotting an absolute gem tucked away I was over the moon. Charles and Chris are so kind and helpful, I didn’t feel pressured when contemplating my purchase but equally very supported. The garage itself is welcoming and clean with some amazing cars to look at. The car arrived to me in beautiful condition and I could see how well cared for it (and all the other cars) had been whilst in their care. I cannot speak highly enough of Charvil Car Centre. Charles and Chris were both lovely to deal with. I travelled over from Jersey to find a car for my daughter, who is based in the UK. I explained how we needed a safe and reliable car for her, and I believe that is what we have bought from Charvil. They organised a new MOT on the vehicle, with all advisories undertaken, as well as giving a 3 month full warranty post sale. They explained and walked me through the taxing of the vehicle, as we don't have this in Jersey. Plus they delivered the car to my daughter's workplace, which was such a help. In all, a professional and friendly dealership who took the stress out of the whole process for us. Thank you!

As you know, at the moment how hard it is to find an affordable, reasonable mileage car ,I had been searching closer to home but couldn't find anything, Charvil Car Center is a hour and half away but am glad I took a chance on them, What an absolute Gent Charles is , and a breath of fresh air from the pushy hard selling car salesmen .Since getting the car we found it had a small fault that the warrenty didn't cover , Charles being the Gentlemen of his word said that they would cover the cost of putting it right. If your looking for an honest dealer that's not pushy and is good to his word LOOK NO FURTHER

We took our requirement to Mr Norman of Charvil who made it his personal business to find us a replacement vehicle suitable for our needs. Having found it, he then had it serviced and polished so the vehicle we collected looked brand new instead of ten years old! We were delighted with it. Unfortunately a fault occurred; the car could not be started. Charvil took instant responsibility, making arrangements for the car to be taken to the Citroen agents for investigation and repair.
We have much experience of good service and kindness from garages over the years, but Mr Norman went over and above what one could reasonably expect.

Used Charvil in the past and Charles has always been great. Great customer service, really friendly and pleasant to deal with. Nothing is done to force the sale and all cars are looked after. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fairly cheap and reliable car dealer.
