Delivered on time did what was promised polite pleasant chap

Car bought, taken for a service, needed a fortune spending on it to get it road worthy. Year and a half later, after throwing money at the car all this time, clutch or gearbox has gone. Vehicle not repairable. Seriously, do not bother with this guy, he is an absolute cowboy. Save yourself the heart ache and money.

Darren has been nothing but an absolute Gent! I messaged him over Social Media relating to a car we saw and he arranged for us to meet him at the shop. We walked through the yard and he took the time to discuss the cars he had within my budget. We decided on a lovely little runaround and when sorting out the final details we were able to include a service, belt change and a load of added extras. The fan on the car stopped working just due to being stationary. I messaged Darren and he asked me to call him straight away which I did, within 2 hours I was back at the shop and he had an engineer waiting for the car and was already waiting to find and diagnose and resolve the fault. Literally you couldn't ask for better service, he was catering towards myself, my partner and my mother and is such a lovely chap. If you're fed up of looking for a car around BOT then I recommend heading over here and speaking with Darren 100%. When I need a new car in the future I will 100% be returning here.

I do not recommend. I bought a car that turned out to be defective. I have been fighting for 5 months to get my money back. A few days ago I saw that the car was put on sale for a higher amount. I have neither the car nor the money. The case reported to the police and Trading Standards. Avoid like fire !!!

Always excellent service whether I’ve bought a car, had one serviced or valeted. Had several cars over the years and always been very well looked after, no pushy sales tactics. Wouldn’t go anywhere else locally.

Was looking for a new car for my wife but wasn’t sure what she wanted, lots of good advice from Darren and bought a Nissan Juke which has been brilliant! Would recommend.
