Very friendly and helpful. They have very good quality cars and a great range of fiat 500s! My first fiat was written off within the first week of buying it but mostons had plenty more in for me to easily find another. Abbie kindly let us test drive a few and again they were happy to get the car ready for as soon as we wanted to pick up. Would definitely recommend them!!

This garage doesn't appear to actually check over their cars before they sell them.
The service provided was incredibly poor, things were agreed to be sorted out and then never were. I would never ever use this garage again. Rob constantly fobbed me off, I had to return the car 4 times to actually have done what he agreed ro have completed before we purchased the car. The courtesy cars were horrendous and I didn't feel at all comfortable driving my new baby around in them.
Queried a noise from the exhaust at the time of purchase to be told that the exhaust was brand new and they always sound like that!!!! The exhaust was definitely NOT brand new and 2 years down the line has finally given up the ghost! The car is rotten underneath. 2 months after buying it we had to have the airbag sensor replaced which was nearly £200 (also mentioned to rob when we purchased as we were assured had been fixed!) Then approximately 6 months after purchase we had to fork out £500 for a new clutch! The 'warranty' was a load of nonsense that basically didn't cover anything at all!
The garage just fobbed me off over and over again.
Very disappointed, especially as I only used them as they were recommended to us.

Couldn't recommend them more. Fantastic family run dealership who couldn't do more for their customers. Having previously had some unpleasant incidents at pushy and rude dealerships, buying a car from here couldn't have been a more different experience. We dealt with Nick and his daughter, who were incredibly helpful but weren't pushy, letting us look at the car and take it for a test drive in our own time. We took the car away the next day and it was in fantastic condition. When I had bought it, there had been some rusting on the brakes which Nick said they'd be happy to replace. I was starting a new job 2 days later and had to take the car away there and then so forgot about it.
Two months later and my cars brakes had worn out. I sent an email over to the dealership and they were happy to replace them asap.
Absolutely lovely business, we will be coming back next time we're after another car for sure!

Excellent service and after sales care, highly recommended! Trustworthy and helpful. Went above and beyond including new MOT and service, lending us their replacement car whilst the MOT was being done and when a minor fault needed correcting.

I purchased a car from Colin Mostons last year in September, on getting the vehicle home and parked out of the sun I noticed that the car had been in a smash of some sorts and had a really bad repair job done. This smash was obviously not reported to insurance as it didn't come up in the car history. I also found masking tape still stuck under the door handle with red paint on it. The repair job was done so badly but unfortunately with the car being on the forecourt in the sun I didn't notice the damage with the reflection of the sun on the paintwork.

I immediately called Colin Mostons and told Nick (who sold me the car) of this issue to which he said no problem that I should bring the car back and they would ensure it was repaired properly. Nick went on to say they are a dealership who have been around for decades and would never try to take advantage of their customers.

Since trying to arrange my car repair I have had zero luck getting hold of them, their phone ALWAYS goes to answer phone and despite leaving numerous messages every month since September I have been completely ignored. I even called the mobile phone number on the website but again no answer and goes to VM.

Attached are images of the masking tape I pulled off the handle, the handle which has a massive gouge in it and the door where body filler has been painted over and the paint has formed bubbles.

I contacted them 3 times in October, 4 times in November, 3 times in December and 4 times in January. I finally got hold of someone over the chat system today via their website and they of course promised I would get a call back but here we are at the end of the day and...yep...you guessed it...Nothing! Complete radio silence!

Update 25/01: Despite numerous requests for the dealership to contact me back and leaving several messages over the last week I have had to take legal action and instructed solicitors. Sorry guys I really tried but you just don't seem to be interested in resolving this issue.

Having purchased the car in a refreshingly transparent and professionally managed deal the follow up service was the acid test.
Selling the car is one aspect of a professional relationship with customers who rightly expect after sales support.
I was not disappointed.
Nick , Wayne and Aiden were patient, professional and clearly take a long term view that will retain loyalty in a highly competitive field.
Couple this with a high quality product and Snows should go from strength to strength.

Great company, very helpful and have gone above to help.
My daughter brought a Fiat 500 and its been great. After sales great and now use them rather than previous garage to have any repairs done.
