Great experience from start to finish - Jemma is a credit to the company and was knowledgable, communicative and made me feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. The whole buying process ran smoothly and they even agreed to send over a parcel shelf when I realised there wasn't one in the car. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a new car and will be looking at Car Hunters next time.

Recently bought a BMW 320d, absolutely ecstatic. Great condition and spotlessly cleaned by Car Hunters. Communication was good and very patient, offering lots of knowledge and extra help. I purchased my BMW from Car Hunters last week (part exchanging my previous vehicle). From the minute I made my initial phone call to enquire about the vehicle all the way up to today, these fellas at Car Hunters have been a god send. I would love to give them 10stars absolute quality. On arrival I received second to none customer service! Especially from Dom who was with me every step of the way. Even if I called today they would be there to support me in any type of way. Absolutely amazing customer service. For sure I wont be going anywhere else in the future other then THE CAR HUNTERS.

In good faith and we purchased our dream car from Car Hunters or at least we thought we were getting a fair deal. We purchased a BMW M4 which did not reveal its true self until two years into the lease agreement after which it lit up like a Christmas tree with errors. We looked after the car ensuring it had a full service history. We took it to a BMW dealer who plugged it in and diagnosed 13K worth of issues. The car was looked after by us and we used it for normal use only. We certainly did not take it around a racing track or drive it recklessly. After approaching Car Hunters with this, they refused to take responsibility as we only took out the 6 month warranty. No goodwill was shown. We ended up with a car we could not drive but had to still pay £500 a month to the finance company just for it to just sit on our drive. Car Hunters clearly did not do their due diligence when sourcing this car, or if they did, they purposely sold us a lemon. They sold it on with the issues and left it up to us to deal with it. In the end we had to sell it privately and lost £1000's. We would encourage anyone thinking about purchasing a car from Car Hunters to avoid these guys. Despite us just leasing the car, we were left with the burden of selling it and a 7K loss due to needing to sell it at bottom value.
