SJPoulton were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Arranging a viewing and test drive was as easy as a few messages over Facebook. When I arrived I was dealt with extremely professionally and wasn't forced into making any decisions on the spot. I was even told directions to roads where I could get a better feel for the car.

In between viewing and pickup there was a little bit of work that needed to be done on the car, and I was kept updated throughout the process. Extremely reassuring!

The whole purchase procedure was a breeze as well, once again, no forcing me to buy extras, the tax was sorted there and then and went nice and smoothly.

I would highly recommend SJ Poulton if you're looking for somewhere to purchase a car in a relaxed and non-pushy environment.

We bought a Audi S3 from SJPoulton, we came from Cornwall so hadn't seen the car before hand, had a few conversations and was totally satisfied it was a good car, we travelled up on Friday picked up the car, any questions we asked he was clued up about, we travelled back through bank holiday traffic no problems at all we would highly recommend SJPoulton to buy a car from.

Went above and beyond all my expectations! Have always found buying a car quite stressful process….. these guys were top draw! Made my buying experience 100% positive. A really genuine couple of guys, the car was perfect put a mot on the car, not only that but done all the advisory’s and a extra repair of a ac hose. Honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! Plus the car is absolutely spotless 👍🏻

Just bought a nissan juke from this company. This is the best car i have ever had. Mr Poulton went above and beyond to get this car to me as i wasn't able to pick it up myself. Sam provided all the information that I asked for and was extremely honest about the car and it’s history. I received a personalised walk around video of the car with further questions answered, not like the generic ones that are sent out from main dealers to all interested parties.

Sam settled the finance on my old vehicle and provided regular updates during the process, with screenshot showing proof of payment and the email confirmation direct from VW finance.

A great family business with outstanding customer service, fantastic knowledge and a friendly welcoming atmosphere. This place is perfect.

I can assure you, if they’ve got a car that you’d like, the service you will receive will be outstanding.
