Having been a Duster owner for the past year and a half I got into conversation with Liam Mcmahon (sales advisor) who explained that the Duster now comes as an automatic.
An appointment was made and Liam took my wife and I through the whole process. We found Liam not only experienced and knowledgeable but very professional throughout the entire appointment.
Liam kept us informed from the day of ordering to the vehicle arriving into the country to the day of delivery and we were made to feel at ease throughout the whole process.
On the day of collection we were greeted with photo 1 (nice touch Liam)
and photo 2 was the unveiling .
we were made to feel special and welcome and nothing was to much trouble (even the coffee is recommended).
A great experience had all round and a big big thank you to Liam for the way in which he conducted himself.

Brilliant service ad communication. Liam was extremely helpful and friendly from the start. He listened to what I required and ensured I got the perfect car for my needs and my budget. He kept in regular contact whilst waiting for the car to arrive and was very efficient at organising the collection. The bow was a nice little touch on collection day too. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't do enough for us and managed to get the right deal on our new Kadjar. Richard was excellent and kept us up to date regularly about the progress of our car. The service I received from Richard here was excellent from start to finish. Courteous and professional throughout, I found that he offered just the right balance of informative information without the need to push me into particular directions. Absolutely fantastic service and customer relations. I browsed with a few other dealers but so many of them didn't call back or had me jumping through hoops to book an appointment. Liam called me back instantly, arranged a test drive and explained the whole process clearly and brilliantly. In just 1 short week I had my nice new Renault Captur and all the nice whistles and bells I wanted. It was a streamlined process that was very well explained and made you feel like a valued customer. I've always had a bad experiences with salesman but the staff here where exceptional. I was with Richard Crisp for 3 hours and he had all the time in the world for me as I needed help with deciding on a car. He was very knowledgeable and I was look after. I did buy the Renault Clio and can't wait to recieve it.
I even for a personal video before and after my visit showing me the car which was a nice touch. I was very happy with the deal i got. The management were also very fair, friendly and professional. I really couldn't of ask for a better service and I would highly recommend this show room.
