I purchased a vehicle from Chris at Cars of Fareham approximately 3 weeks ago. I am very pleased with car and the service and we received from Chris. We travelled 180 miles and had pig of a journey but were greeted with a big smile and a welcoming demeanour. Having been in the Motor Trade selling for over 20 years it was so very refreshing to be treated as we were. Chris put the ‘fun’ back into buying a car . No ‘process process process’ just good old honesty and transparency ! All the cars on display are well presented and All documentation stated is available and genuine .

Chris is a top man, honest and trustworthy, my Mercedes’ is the 2nd car bought from him and have never had any issues. Purchased a car and found the tracking was out when driving on the motorway. I contacted Chris and he offered to fix it immediately and gave me the option to take it somewhere more convenient for me and he would reimburse me. I have just bought a car from here and Chris was my salesperson. I have to say he was incredibly helpful from beginning to end making the whole process run very smoothly. He even took my car to have a tow bar fitted which is what I needed before I took it home. I would definitely recommend.

Yesterday l agreed to buy a car from Chris... then today l changed my mind! Chris was very nice about it, he had been so from the start... even though he potentially lost a buyer because of me. l found him and his co-workers very friendly and although l pulled from the deal, very understanding, no pressure and no complaint from them.

So we brought a Nissan Qashqai of Chris 3 months ago booked an appointment to drive a car we saw in his web page arrived Chris was their keys in hand said have a drive etc let me know. Which I did car was sound and was happy to go ahead with the purchase that was so easy the car went for MOT next day and was ready for collection a few days later.

Had a few little issues but Chris was straight on them with question and was kept informed thought out

I found Chris helpful polite and professional in every way always treated with respect and a smile you don’t get many dealers like this now days yes he is a businessman but he does put the customer 1st
We looked at his stock while we was waiting for him and his stock is outstanding to be honest we could of picked a number of cars we liked etc

You will get issues with cars anywhere you but them but he sorted out our issues with out drama etc

Would I go to him again ……… yes most definitely and defo recommend him
