never ever get back to you, not interested is cash sales and from reading the reviews half the vehicles advertised are not even real.(probably the ones with a good price)

Don't expect deal that on web site to be available - 'just' sold the two reasonable cars - had others that were £2,000 more available though

Still advertising a van what was sold 6 months ago when I contacted them to buy it told it was sold ask to check they checked & said it was sold 4 weeks before 6 months later its still on website false advertising!!! Year later after the review the same van still advertised forsale what a joke this company is !!!!!@

Felt at ease buying my second car from the car finance companies, very easy way of buying a car with the cheap prices and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I contacted these people 4 times, asking for someone to give me a PX evaluation, and then to advise the rest of the deal for a replacement vehicle in their current fleet of sales vehicles available.
4 times I was told by a customer advisor, no problem, leave it with me I'll get someone to get in touch with you. 4 times they failed, no communication from anyone.
So outcome is I went somewhere else, where the team were brilliant, attentive, very accommodating of all my questions, provided all the information I needed, and we're now finalising the deal of what I hope will be my new car by the end of the week.

My advice, steer clear of this lot, go to a smaller franchise and receive better service.

Travelled quite far to view a van here today and it was definitely worth it. The service I received from Paul and Barry in particular was brilliant. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left with a great deal and were patient and supportive through each step of the process! Would highly recommend.
