Purchased a Porsche from the team at Stillmans and couldn't fault the service and attention I received from them. From the point of my initial phone call, through demonstration of the car, test drive, explanation of warranty options, preparation checks, presentation and handover. First class. Sam (the owner) spent time explaining the details of the vehicle as well as giving me first hand advice having owned similar models in the past that was invaluable. I have owned lots of prestige vehicles and never had this level of service from the "prestige" dealers that sold them to me. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends or family and will be in touch in the not too distant future to change my partners car. Again, thank you to the whole team, absolute example of what a buying experience should be!

AVOID !!! Professional scam artists, they came to collect my vehicle through motorway. The gentleman that arrived were extremely sleazy and picked over a 11 year old car like it was going to be brand new even though they had photos of the car before. I would not trust this garage whatsoever with the way they dealt with me through buying my car it was absolutely appalling. NEVER AGAIN

BUYERS BEWARE! Dont not buy your car from these people. Car had a problem the moment i left the them. Called them said they would help us. Did the claim for the wareenty and still left with a hefty bill. Called them 3 times, said they would call back. Nothing! first time, was told Dean was on holiday. When Dean returned, he told me someone else was dealing with it. Then told as he out, he would call me back. But never got called back. Shocking service! I run my own business and if i treated my customers like this, i wouldnt have a business

In my lifetime I must have bought about 15 cars from dealerships. But this had to be my very best ever experience I met George the salesman who introduced me to Sam Stillman the owner who shook my hand warmly. They even assigned someone to look after my Dog Charlie while I viewed and test drove the Smart Car I was considering of buying which I purchased.

I was so impressed by my experience that I asked George to look out for a low mileage Artic White Nissan Juke Gen 2 N Connected Automatic. And was amazed when George offered me £7200 in part exchange for my Diesel Nissan Note Black Edition. When Ancaster Penge offered me a paltry £5200.

Finally I would strongly urge anybody to buy their next car from Stillmans, their customer service is second to none, and you won't regret it.

I bought a Mercerdes C350e in November 2021. The service at the time seemed excellent but a few weeks later when I called they said they were short staffed due to COVID. I left a description of the problem and they suggested I call the AA for a fuel small in the car. Nobody got back to me about it. the smell was intermittent and di not happen so much in Summer. Now a year on I have learned that the level of service Stillmans did was very basic despite the Merc recommended level of service being displayed. 11 months later I am paying for service items that Stillmans should have done. The fuel smell was not a warranty covered fault and I have to pay for that in addition. INow would think twice about returning to Stillmans to upgrade.

AVOID!
we found a car that we loved and we’re told to put a deposit down to keep the car but as said on their website they will give us the deposit back if we didn’t want the car! We brought a car else where and called up about getting the deposit back they said it would take 4-5 working days. 7 days later we call again and ask where our deposit is and they said they would call us back but we had no call.we left it a couple more days incase it was just taking to long to go into our account we then call again and we’re told they would call us back but we received no call! We decided to go and visit the garage and ask what’s going on and they showed us the receipt that they said they sent us by email which we again never received. After viewing the receipt we saw they only refunded the deposit two days ago! We are still waiting for our deposit. Disgusted with the service we’ve received.absolute time wasters!!

Do not trust this garage, this company or anything they tell you. Both Liam and Phil the salesman are liars and will cheat you out of your money. They were previously called Part ex trade Centre, but due to being con men have recently changed their name so you cannot go after them. Anybody looking to do business with them do not. You have been ⚠️warned ⚠️

Purchased a BMW 218I from here about 2 weeks ago. Very happy with car and level of service at SOS the team we're a pleasure to deal with. Just had a call to say they've found something in my part exchanged vehicle and will post to my home address. Brilliant.

Special thanks to Steve who I dealt with also. I couldn't be happier. The guys here let me test drive the car for 45 minutes by myself so I could really get a feel for the car. Not everyday a salesman hands you the keys to a £16k car and says "there you go take for a drive see you later, No rush" but appreciate the tactic and how confident they are in there cars and satisfaction of the customer.

Fair price for PX also.
