Had a pleasant experience picking up a user card from them. No pushy sales and the dealer was upfront about the issues which I wouldn't have found if not explicitly specified. All the mechanical issues were fixed before delivery. Would highly recommend to anyone planning to get a used car in this area.

First class service. These guys are very easy to deal with sent me videos as i live almost 200 miles away. Had the car delivered the delivery driver was lovely. Very polite and courteous. Had a slight problem and even though i am far away and it was bank holiday it was promptly sorted. Cannot praise them enough

Very good customer service by Carwebs as I’m new to this country I was not sure which car to buy so Carwebs Motors staff helped me a lot to pick the right car with cheaper insurance. Finally stress free purchase and car drives beautiful

Bought a car a few weeks ago, initially had a few teething problems which have been resolved, owner has a good attitude and his staff will do all they can to help and assist , Stock is plentiful so a good selection at reasonable prices, I would recommend this business if you are looking for a well priced motor

Purchased a first car for my son here, felt very comfortable with no pressure to buy. The salesman were really informative and went over and above to give us the time during our appointment to go over the cars history and reassuring that with the warranty, should anything go wrong with the car it would be dealt with. I felt they were really trustworthy and decided they were definitely the people I wanted to purchase my sons first car from. The price was right and we drove away very happy customers. I would definitely highly recommend carwebs motors Ltd.

Very pleasant salesman and reasonably priced cars, but get your car serviced once purchased as carwebs don’t undertake any kind of servicing - despite what they tell you. They even have the cheek to stamp the service book!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star ignored constenly via text and email.
selling broken cars with dodgy handbrakes. Also when they said they would fix it they didn't even know what they were talking about.
And don't get me started on the kinder egg warranty. Reading the small print they will only fix if their mechanic agrees to it.
The car got taken back and just got accused of being my fault poor poor outfit I've never been so insulted in all my life. It took 7 stressful months to sort out a car that they sold me was a death trap. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Micky mouse outfit. Too many of these places making it extremely difficult to find legit car sales garages. Anyone who buys from an outfit like this need their brains tested. It's obvious from the get-go what a mickey mouse operation they're running.

I don't believe for a second some of these reviews are legit either.

Just be careful where you buy from, and avoid wannabe car salesmen like these.
