Very happy about my experience with them! I've bought my car from them and it was in a really good standard with an excellent service as well as I've got an answer from the finance within less that an hour. I will really like to thank Zak for helping me with the papers and everything else. He was really patient to explain me the procedures and how everything works with the payment. A good way to review any sales business is their after sale care. I cannot fault ZT Trading and more specifically, Zak, on this.
I would recommend ZT Trading for the sales but would not recommend the garage they work closely with. The BMW 318I 13 plate I bought had its MOT almost due so Zak put it through for me. It passed without any advisories, but really it shouldn't have. I had to take it back the following day as there was a leak in the windscreen washer pipe, a flickering front headlight and wind screen wipers that made a horrible sound when wiping the screen. However, Zak took it back to the garage they work closely with and had it all repaired for me free of charge.

Under any circumstances do not buy a car from these fraudsters!!! I paid £17'000 for a Mercedes CLA, in which blew up on me 2 weeks after payment. The garage confirmed this was an ongoing issue with the car that hadn't been looked after & would of shown on service. They refused to give a refund, however after threatening with trading standards, they suddenly changed their tune and eventually gave me £16'500 - Was told i'd receive the extra £500 once I obtained the logbook and still no look. 'Zac' was abusive whilst trying to use intimidation to get his own way. If anyone sees this and is looking at their CLA (reg: LS15 FEM) do not buy! They will have put the cheapest engine in to flog it back along. Avoid at all Costs!

I have bought twice from these guys and they are a very friendly and helpful bunch. On both occasions I was provided detailed info about the car over the phone and when I went to pick up, they promptly provided all the documents and explained certain car features to me. Cars were exactly how they described to me. Highly recommended!

Satisfied with my new car, they have taken all the precautionary measures to protect customers, Sale was so patient with me, this was my second car all the dealerships I have been to I have never been dealt with the way these guys treated me, overall great experience and a very good clean car, buy with confidence. Will defo come back when looking to upgrade.

Bought recently my discovery sports from them, staff was very helpful especially Zak who help me understand all the features in the car, I requested to fully valet the car on pickup day and on arrival that was fully valeted, out standing service and very helpful place where you can take your whole family to buy a car.

Got a nice Toyota Yaris with in my price range with Fresh MOT and service. They are helpful and even provided 6 months warranty for the vechicle. Nice buying experiance and really recomend them for anyone who is looking to buy second hand cars.
