I was a bit concerned about buying my first van online without having test driving it first . however Matt & Dan made me feel so comfortable over the phone they sent me a walk around video of the van assured me that the van would come with a full service Inc the timing belt and water pump changed also with a full 12 month warranty .plus I had an hour test drive when it was delivered just for my piece of mind ..where else would you get this very professional service from I have used several garages in the past but Monarch came out on top simply for their professionalism and putting the customer first absolutely no pressure selling nothing was too much trouble for them ..John the driver when he arrived was so professional too kind polite and vey courteous ..thanks guys for putting me at ease and what you said is what you did ..a Small family run business who puts their customers first a great credit to you all at Monarch Car Sales I'll definitely be back again Also I have referred you to my family friends and customers

I was delighted with my recent purchase. They couldn't have been more helpful. When the car was ready for me to pick up, we were in the middle of the train strikes which made it difficult for me to get to Worcester. Without hesitation Matt the salesman offered to deliver it to me. Within hours he turned up at my house with the car.

Purchase of Mazda2
We've just purchased a car (Mazda2) from Monarch dealership yesterday (5/11/2022) for my dad. We had travelled all the way from Rugby, Warwickshire and on arriving at the garage, we were greeted by Matt who was super friendly and he looked after us from start to finish!! Matt was so helpful and answered all our questions we had about the car very efficiently. We felt so comfortable and relaxed and he was not pushy with the sale.
